I just placed an order. When will it be shipped?
We aim to process all orders within 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order has been shipped, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order is on its way. Haven’t received a tracking number after 7 days? Email us at info@lunorboutique.com


What’s the fastest way to get a refund?
Contact our customer service directly rather than opening a dispute via external payment providers like PayPal, Apple Pay, your bank, or credit card company. This allows us to process your request faster and issue your refund more smoothly.


I’m not satisfied with my order. Can I return it?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for items that arrive damaged or defective.

You have 30 days to return your item for a full refund.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Always include your name and order number with the return shipment.

Note: If your package is still in transit, please wait for it to be delivered before starting a return. Refunds are processed once we’ve received and inspected the returned item.


Can I cancel my order?
You have 15 minutes after placing your order to request a cancellation. If you contact us within this window, we’ll cancel your order immediately and issue a refund.

After 15 minutes, cancellations are no longer possible — but you can return the order once received.


I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Contact us within 24 hours to update your address. Reply to your order confirmation or email info@lunorboutique.com

After 24 hours, we may no longer be able to change the address. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address.


How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery takes approximately 5–10 business days after that.

We ship worldwide from multiple distribution centers. You’ll receive tracking info once your order has been shipped.


I accidentally added an extra item to my order. Can it be canceled?
If you contact us within 15 minutes, we can cancel and refund the extra item. After that time, you can return the item for a refund once it’s delivered.


My order was shipped from abroad. Why is that?
To offer a wide and high-quality product range, we work with international suppliers — including manufacturers in China. All our products are covered by our return and refund policy, regardless of their country of origin.
